What data we collect

• Appointment request / contact form: name, phone, email (optional), reason for the visit, preferred time and language.
• Online booking: name, phone, email, chosen service and time slot.
• AI assistant: conversation content and contact details, only if you choose to provide them after explicit consent.

Why and on what basis

We process data to answer your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and meet our legal obligations as a healthcare provider. The legal bases are steps taken at your request, legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in administering our practice.

How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Medical records are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details on this site.

Recipients

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the clinic team and our technical providers (hosting, email), bound by confidentiality agreements.
